Refund policy
We allow 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you feel that the stone is not up to your standards, or otherwise is not what you were hoping for, please contact us immediately to start the return process. Return shipping costs are not refunded so please order carefully and review photos and videos thoroughly. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To start a return, you can contact us at jennicajewels.studio@gmail.com. We will respond with instructions on how and where to send your product.
I do my best to portray the products as accurately as possible. Please note that some screens may display some variance is color. Feel free to request additional images if this is a concern.
Stones must be returned in their original form, damage free and properly packaged. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items, so please package and ship them carefully. Package insurance is recommended.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders cannot be returned.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We aim to make this a smooth process, and please feel free to reach out with any questions.
